RETAINER DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit based on the number of assets ordered must be paid upfront when booking a photoshoot. Any persons who fail to pay their retainer will not be confirmed for a booking. Bookings are finalized and confirmed via a confirmation e-mail that will be sent after the retainer is received.
REMAINING BALANCE
The remaining balance of the order must be paid on the date of the photoshoot after the photoshoot has concluded.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT RATE
Austin Ampeloquio is based in Danbury, Connecticut, USA. Local photoshoots within Danbury city limits have no extra cost. Any person(s) scheduled to shoot any place outside of Danbury city limits will have to pay a $0.59 per mile business travel reimbursement rate that will be added to their photoshoot rate.
Rate is based on the most recent IRS standard mileage rates for business travel.
